Your Idea Doula, Allan Fair

Prior to Idea Doula, Allan spent nearly 20 years as a creative and culture professional at various agencies working with clients including Microsoft, Pfizer, L’Oreal, Disney, Astra Zeneca, PepsiCo, Merck, AT&T, Konica Minolta, Walmart and dozens more. 

Previously, Allan co-founded, Meaning, a culture consultancy dedicated to helping organizations shift collective consciousness to create healthier human systems. A fierce mental health advocate, he is the founder and co-host of the Alz In The Fam podcast, a 22 episode series with his siblings documenting their journey caring for their mother who suffers from Alzheimer’s Disease. 

Allan is certified in MIT and The Presencing Institute’s Theory U, Executive Coaching through the Cal Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, Cognitive Diversity through Emergenetics, Psychedelic Integration through The Third Wave, and Workshop Facilitation through AJ & Smart.
